Voting Question: What is the best touch phone out there that ISN'T a smart phone?

I'm a college student and would like the phone to have a speaker so I can transfer my lectures to my cell phone and be able to listen to them while I drive. Needless to say the phone would have to double as an MP3 player. I have chocolate touch from verizon (Its about two years old or so) and the touch reaction is going hay wire.
